Fall: Auction	Fall: Raffle
The fall Bishop Hayes Auction is an event for the entire community. Generous donations from all areas of the community include a variety of price levels: classroom projects, Best Seats in the House for the Christmas concert, several course Italian dinner prepared by Father Crossen, jewelry, furniture, sports memorabilia, sporting event tickets, vacation opportunities, etc. Items appear either in the live or silent auction.  Complimentary appetizers and beverages are served.	Tickets are sold in September and October. Tickets are priced at $20, 1000 tickets are sold. Multiple winners are drawn at the fall Auction.
Spring: Hayes Hustle	Spring: Bishop Hayes Ball
The Hayes Hustle is a spring 5K run/walk through the streets of Muscatine, starting and concluding at BHCS.  This Saturday race marks the beginning of the local running season and typically includes about 300 participants. Prizes are awarded.	The Bishop Hayes Ball, a tradition for over 20 years, is held in the spring and is one of the school's largest fundraisers.  Each year, coordinators plan a Saturday evening dinner and musical entertainment.  Donations are solicited from a variety of people in the Muscatine community:  school families, parishioners, BHCS alumni, previous donors, friends of parishioners, etc.  If a donation exceeds a certain amount, the donor is given a ticket to the Ball.
